We're looking for a loyalty-obsessed, strategic and creative thinker to join our Brand Engagement team as a Senior Manager of Loyalty Partnerships. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and incremental revenue through our loyalty program. This role combines strategic thinking, relationship management, and marketing expertise to deliver innovative solutions that enhance member value and strengthen brand affinity.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute the loyalty partnership strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that enhance program benefits and drive member engagement.
- Develop business cases for potential partners, including financial modeling and ROI analysis.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner(s), ensuring mutual value creation.
- Support partnership agreement negotiations, including terms, benefits, and marketing commitments.
- Lead partnership launch including overseeing technical implementation, GTM planning, etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing day-to-day operations and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand, digital, CRM, analytics) and external agencies to develop integrated marketing campaigns for partnership launches and ongoing engagement.
- Develop, implement, and continually improve the impact of partnership lifecycle campaigns based on customer insights, customer-level testing and quantitative analytics.
- Dream big and create impactful co-branded marketing activations that will drive headlines and relevance.
- Manage promotional calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, including engagement, revenue, and member satisfaction.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership, recommending optimizations for improved results.
- Manage partnership P+L.
- 7+ years of experience in loyalty, partnerships or brand marketing roles.
- Deep understanding of loyalty with strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in white space and in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business or Marketing required.
- MBA is a plus.
