Marketing Operations & Automation Manager Role
This role involves unifying marketing automation and data reporting functions at SpecterOps. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Marketo automation, strong analytics skills, and experience with lead scoring.
The Marketing Operations & Automation Manager will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Marketo, building lead scoring models, and developing comprehensive reporting dashboards. They will ensure the company's marketing engine is both automated and data-driven.
Key responsibilities include owning and managing Marketo end-to-end, implementing robust lead scoring models, designing and executing automated campaigns, and building reporting dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of combined marketing automation and marketing ops/data experience, expert-level Marketo experience, proficiency in Tableau/Power BI, strong SQL skills, and experience aligning technical solutions with go-to-market strategies.
