Responsibilities: The Growth Marketing Senior Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that accelerate demand and drive growth across our core funnels (New, Expansion, Renewals) for SolarWinds ITSM product portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to implement marketing campaigns, track and monitor volume performance, document trends, and develop action plans. The role will have strong engagement across marketing, sales, PMM, and partner teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive growth for SolarWinds.

Core focus areas

1. Strategy & Planning

Execute Growth Strategy Plans: Support the design, implementation, and management of a data-driven growth marketing GTM plan, focused on key business objectives, such as driving new demand, reducing Customer churn, and maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Funnel Optimization: Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to map and analyze the customer journey, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization from awareness through conversion and retention.

2. Drive Demand Volume

Campaign execution: Lead the development of integrated ITSM campaigns, ensuring all assets are developed and delivered on time. Identify and recommend activation channels and timing. Review performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize the campaign.

Campaign communications: Provide support with campaign handoffs and communications to key stakeholders, including regional field and sales teams.

DTQ Optimization: Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to conduct regular analyses to identify opportunities that drive higher volume and yield in demo, trial, and quote demand call-to-action (CTA) conversions.

3. Data, Analysis, & Reporting

Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct regular, in-depth analysis of campaign performance, customer behavior data, and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.

Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into strategic recommendations.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to understand the product roadmap, messaging, and value propositions, which are designed to be effectively integrated into campaigns and initiatives.

Sales: Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and handoff processes.

Content & Creative: Partner with the Content and Design teams to develop compelling creative assets and messaging tailored for various channels and audiences.

Insights: Work with our team to ensure we have access to all relevant data and that the data represented is accurate.

Regional Field: Collaborate with AMER, EMEA, and APJ field marketing teams to understand local challenges/opportunities that will form the basis of campaigns. Ensure the teams have visibility of campaign development and timelines.

Global Channel: Collaborate with the Partner Marketing teams to ensure all campaigns are built "partner first."

Your Experience

4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, B2B Field Marketing, Campaign Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, and events that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue.

Experienced in supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets

Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly while ensuring alignment with the company's messaging and strategy as plans evolve.

Leads with a people-first mindset, including both internal and external stakeholders.

History of building trust across teams through written and verbal communications.
