Job Description
As a Marketing Operations and Strategy Senior Consultant you’ll play a critical role in supporting marketing leaders by helping turn strategy into execution. You’ll contribute to the operational foundation that enables marketing teams to work efficiently, scale effectively, and deliver results.
This role is part strategist and part program manager. You’ll support the design and implementation of processes, tools, and workflows that keep work moving forward, while owning discrete projects and workstreams end-to-end. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure priorities are clear, timelines are met, and execution aligns with broader marketing goals.
In this role, you’ll help translate high-level objectives into actionable plans, clear documentation, and well-organized deliverables. You’ll assist in building dashboards, tracking performance, and maintaining operational rigor across marketing initiatives. Your work will bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex, fast-moving efforts.
You bring strong organizational instincts, attention to detail, and a desire to learn how a modern marketing organization operates at scale. You’re comfortable managing multiple initiatives, collaborating across teams, and taking ownership of your work.
What You’ll Do
- Support the creation of clear, well-structured documents, presentations, and visuals that align stakeholders
- Help connect cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
- Translate leadership priorities into project plans, timelines, and success metrics
- Own assigned projects or workstreams from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
- Lead the adoption and responsible use of AI across strategy, operations, and decision-making, identifying high-impact use cases, embedding AI-enabled insights into core workflows, and driving measurable improvements
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and action items to support accountability
- Assist in designing and maintaining operating models, workflows, and reporting frameworks
- Build and update tables, dashboards, trackers, and templates to support performance monitoring and decision-making
- Support budgeting, resourcing, and planning efforts through analysis and documentation
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Help track OKRs, KPIs, and marketing performance metrics across initiatives
- Collaborate with managers and senior leaders to support team operations and planning
Qualifications
- Must reside in Los Angeles or the Bay Area
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Experience in marketing operations, program management, or strategy roles in a consulting or technology environment
- Must be fluent in AI and have proven success embedding AI-enabled insights into core workflows, and driving measurable improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and structure
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical and systems-minded, with an interest in process improvement
- Comfortable building tables, slide decks, trackers, and operational tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating closely with others

- Annual base salary range at $130,000-$137,00 commensurate with experience and qualifications

Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
