Marketing & Content Specialist

Position Overview

Shildan is a leading national distributor of commercial and institutional terracotta façade systems, recognized for our commitment to quality, design, and innovation. As we continue to expand our brand presence and marketing efforts, we are seeking a creative and resourceful Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team.

This is a hands-on, versatile role focused on creating and managing visual content, supporting social media activity, and assisting with broader marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is both creative and organized, comfortable producing content while also supporting day-to-day marketing operations in a growing, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content featuring products, projects, job sites, and internal initiatives
• Manage day-to-day social media activity, primarily on LinkedIn and Instagram, including posting, scheduling, and engagement
• Develop and execute creative marketing ideas and content initiatives to support brand growth and visibility
• Maintain and update marketing assets including presentations, brochures, images, videos, white papers, case studies, and website content
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track campaign performance to support marketing strategy
• Prepare activity reports and basic performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness
• Support internal marketing tools and systems, including CRM platforms such as ACT and Monday

Qualifications

• Experience with photo and video editing tools (software flexibility accepted)
• Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
• Experience in architecture, construction, or design-related industries is a plus but not required.
