Growth Marketing Intern

Join Ripple as a Growth Marketing Intern to manage campaigns, optimize paid media, and impact product adoption in a leading crypto solutions company.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing

• Own and manage campaign briefs from concept to launch, collaborating with product marketing, sales, and regional teams.
• Build and optimize paid media plans across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and niche B2B channels.
• Configure lead routing, qualification, and enrichment processes to ensure timely sales opportunities.
• Brainstorm, develop, and refine messaging and creative assets including ad copy, landing pages, nurture sequences, and outbound scripts.
• Monitor performance, uncover insights, and recommend experiments to improve conversion and reduce acquisition costs.
• Support cross-functional launches tied to major brand, product, and regional milestones.

About You

The company is looking for

• Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Available to work for 12 weeks during Summer 2026, beginning in May or June.
• Intent to return to degree program after internship completion.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, performance metrics, and spreadsheets.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive, experimentation-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, paid media platforms, marketing automation tools, or AI workflows.

• Hourly rate range in California: $28–$32.50 USD (actual rates may vary based on experience and qualifications).
