About the Role

The Sr. Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing cross-NAMER integrated marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue goals for each North America region and for the overall company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and execution plans for NAMER integrated campaigns, and work with NAMER campaigns team to produce tactics and programs that drive leads and pipeline based on sales input.
  • Interlock with regional field marketing leaders in other regions and within NAMER to ensure agreement on cross priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities
  • Own cross-NAMER success metrics (leads and pipeline) and report out to marketing leaders, sales leaders and GM's. Monitor and drive lead actions and velocity, ensuring NAMER Marketing meets/exceeds goals in SALs & pipeline
  • Drive audience acquisition and targeting for flagship events (Streetlight series, 3rd party events, etc), work with sales to develop regional event strategy in collaboration with NAMER events team

This role requires a proven track record of successfully working in NAMER field marketing teams, collaboratively setting strategic plans, and effectively driving successful execution to achieve objectives.
