E-Commerce Associate

Job description

Rewind is a high-end designer resale store. We curate, source and authenticate high-quality pre-owned and brand new pieces from iconic brands such as Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Fendi and Saint Laurent, as well as contemporary brands including Zimmermann, Off-White and Vetements. We offer our clients up to 80% off retail prices which can be purchased through our website or by visiting our store.

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail oriented E-Commerce Operations Associate to join our growing team The Associate will report directly to Rewind's Warehouse Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of luxury brands and social media platforms. A strong work ethic, exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask are necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Update inventory using Shopify platform.
Prepare online orders for shipping and in-store pick up.
Evaluate condition and authenticate merchandise.
Assist e-commerce team with website and social media accounts including content creation aimed at increasing engagement.
Answer phone and Instagram messages regarding inventory.
Perform other duties as required.
Comply with Rewind's policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1+ years experience with social media and/or photography.
Proficient in Word, Instagram and Tiktok. Experience with Shopify and Photoshop is an asset.
Skills in photography, graphic design and fashion design (sewing) would be highly regarded.
Ability to assess priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are required as well as a strong problem solving attitude.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
