In this role, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing digital marketing strategies to establish and maintain a pristine online presence across all social media platforms.   • *JOB DESCRIPTION**

As REVEL’s Digital Marketing and Graphics Design Specialist, you will assume the following responsibilities:

  • Communicate insights on campaigns to management
  • Manage all social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc)
  • Connect and engage with online community members (internal and external)
  • Improve REVEL’s Social Media presence
  • Plan and promote REVEL’s Events, conferences, community involvement, affiliations, internal & external marketing campaigns
  • Assist with updating company websites
  • Prepare presentations for media briefings and other meetings
  • Create visually appealing brochures and pamphlets and ensure they are continually updated
  • Manage our internal Agent onboarding process across all office locations
  • Assist with developing the marketing and brand strategy
  • *QUALIFICATIONS**
  • 2+ years of experience in social media and graphic design
  • Must provide a portfolio of recent work including links to all previously managed social channels
  • Educational background in social media or marketing would be considered an asset.
  • Exceptional copy-writing and proofing skills
  • Able to multitask, with strong organizational skills
  • A self starter with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • A team player who enjoys working with others
  • Customer service oriented, taking a people first approach to all interactions for the organization (internal and external)
  • Experience with the real estate industry is considered an asset

Proficient in the following creation tools and platforms:

  • Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc)
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Canva
  • Meta business suite
  • Hootsuite

Knowledgeable in the following creation tools and platforms:

  • Mac Computer
  • Google Workspace
  • Adobe Premiere
  • Adobe Rush
  • Adobe Lightroom

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
