Project Manager Role

Pioneering healthcare transformation through effective project execution and sustainable impact is key. The QARA Transformation & Delivery team plays a critical role in ensuring our enterprise-wide initiatives deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Coordinate compliance-critical deliverables with QARA stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, and business case in alignment with strategic priorities.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, and compliance requirements.
• Engage QARA SMEs and functional experts to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate stakeholder readiness and adoption with change management leads.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Ensure effective transition of QARA deliverables into operations.

• 35 years' experience in regulated industries.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects independently.
• Strong analytical, planning, and risk management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile project methodologies.
