Campaign Manager Role Overview

At REL Field Marketing, we're seeking a proactive and passionate Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering standout client experiences by executing sampling and branded events projects with precision, quality, and creativity.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll need to juggle multiple priorities, motivate a tight-knit team, and deliver consistently high standards, every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management – Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring briefs are delivered on time with thorough quality checks.
• Project Leadership – Lead and oversee sampling, experiential activities, and branded events from planning through to live delivery.
• Data & Insight – Analyze reports, using data to influence change and present results to clients and field managers.
• Process Improvement – Identify and implement new ways of working, ensuring seamless adoption by the field team.
• Team Communication – Present project overviews and performance results confidently at all levels.
• Risk Management – Develop weekly contingency plans to minimize disruption and ensure smooth operations.
• Performance Reporting – Collate week-end compliance data and activity overviews to share with clients.
• Mentorship – Manage and develop a small team, including conducting 1:1s, and providing cover during periods of leave.
• Collaboration – Work closely with the field team, recruitment team, and systems team.
