Day-to-day of the role: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, focusing on generating new and repeat business.Gain new instructions for properties to market and effectively market these properties to potential buyers.Utilize various marketing skills to enhance property visibility and appeal.Complete contracts on properties and upsell additional products.Prepare detailed and attractive brochures for each property, including photos and descriptions.Engage in canvassing the local area through door knocking and leaflet dropping.Ensure all properties adhere to health and safety standards.
