GoMAXPAIN is on a mission to bring Uber-speed and Zocdoc-ease to the $57B personal-injury industry, redefining how accident victims connect with doctors and attorneys in real time. The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to architect and own the entire national growth strategy of a startup about to explode onto the scene. We're looking for a unicorn: a growth marketer who's as comfortable strategizing brand campaigns as they are geeking out on tech stacks and growth hacks. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and see outrageous targets as a chance to shine, read on. If you prefer comfort zones or think "startup pace" means 40 hours a week, this isn't the ride for you.

Contract-to-Hire with Huge Upside: This role begins as a contract engagement (trial period up to 60 days) with a lower base pay plus sales bonuses. We know that's unconventional, but we believe in rewarding results. Upon hitting our stride (within 2 months or upon funding whichever comes first), this converts into a leadership position with a significant compensation bump and equity options. Long term track would be VP of Marketing or even CMO. You'll get performance bonuses tied to the total sales/growth you drive, and a meaningful equity stake so you share in GoMAXPAIN's success. In short: prove yourself early and you'll reap the rewards.

Key Responsibilities & Ambitious Goals

(Fair warning: if these goals sound insane or too ambitious, you should hit the eject button now – this role won't be the right fit.)

· Launch a nationwide brand campaign in 30 days. Yes, you'll be expected to take our brand live across the country within your first month. We mean full-on national buzz – think creative virality, influencer tie-ins, hyper-local guerilla tactics – whatever it takes, fast.

· Execute a 150,000-contact email blitz with high engagement. Leverage tools like Instantly and GoHighLevel to design, send, and successfully deliver a massive email campaign to 150k contacts. Your campaign must achieve exceptional open/click rates while staying out of the spam folder (clever content and technical deliverability savvy required).

· Secure pre-launch signups from key providers. Before we even launch, generate serious buzz and get doctors, lawyers, and other providers signing up voluntarily. They should be knocking down our door to join the platform early, because you've sold our vision so effectively. (If you can get skeptical attorneys excited to sign up, you can do anything.)

· Drive 20,000 new subscriptions in 90 days. Within 3 months of launch, deliver 20k+ new subscriptions split between B2B (providers) and B2C (end users). These aren't just leads or signups – we're talking paying subscribers on our platform. You'll strategize and execute whatever growth hacks, campaigns, or partnerships get us there. 20,000 or bust.

· Acquire & ingest 150,000–200,000 provider records nationwide. Oversee the acquisition and ingestion of a massive dataset of verified U.S. providers (doctors, chiropractors, attorneys, clinics). That means 150k+ records cleaned and schema-ready for our platform – the fuel for our match engine. (We've built a pipeline to automate this[4][5], but we need you to drive the initiative and ensure we hit the upper end of that range.)

· Scale to 5,000+ qualified matches per month. Rapidly scale our user-provider matching so that we consistently generate at least 5,000 qualified personal injury lead matches every month across all 50 states. And then keep it growing from there. This is about creating a machine that cranks out high-quality matches at national scale – while maintaining an awesome user experience.

These targets are non-negotiable. They are aggressive by design – we set audacious goals because we're here to dominate, not dabble.
