Program Manager, Integration & Transformation
The Program Manager supports enterprise transformation initiatives with a focus on merger & acquisition integrations, internal platform migrations, and product development process management. Reporting to the Director of Transformation, the role coordinates day-to-day program activities, maps processes, and tracks execution to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to business goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- M&A and Integration Support
- Support planning and execution of M&A integration projects.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams.
- Document integration needs, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
- Internal Transformation Projects
- Manage execution of enterprise initiatives.
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and dashboards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and track deliverables to closure.
- Product Development Process Management
- Administer the product development request intake and prioritization process.
- Maintain transparency of prioritization and ensure stakeholders are aligned on timelines and requirements.
- Process Mapping & Analysis
- Map and document business processes to highlight gaps and transformation opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and define future-state processes.
- Support implementation of new tools and process changes.
- Program Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare regular project updates, dashboards, and progress reports for leadership.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and key performance metrics.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support project execution.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 5–8 years of program/project management or business process experience.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level, cross-functional projects and/or system migrations.
- Strong process mapping, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, ADO) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification a plus.

Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr – $175,000.00/yr
