We are looking for a Marketing coordinator / Manager - Specialising in non Digital and collaborations

  • *Job Summary**: Reporting to the Director is responsible for the planning and execution of effective and efficient marketing plans for non traditional and cross marketing collaborations. This person is a part of the head office and corporate marketing team with a strong focus on the field and increase in franchise sales.
  • *Responsibilities**
  • Be the primary marketing point of contact for franchisees in Canada - for traditional marketing solutions
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance sales and drive traffic in key DMAs (Designated Market Areas).
  • Work with corporate team to manage new store openings process and ensure all marketing materials are delivered and installed
  • Collaborate with franchisees on creating grand opening plans for specific sites or markets
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with field, marketing, operations, and other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Work with national media & creative agencies to recommend local media buys that can help with increased market exposure and new openings
  • Implementation of local PR plans
  • Collaborate on conducting comprehensive business reviews with franchisees to assess performance and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Utilize insights gathered from business reviews to develop localized marketing plans aligned with national strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of local marketing efforts, adjusting as needed to optimize results.
  • Foster strong relationships with franchisees and serve as a trusted advisor on local marketing matters.
  • Assists all departments, as needed, to inform market strategy to drive business objectives, serves as a key strategic contact and in-field support for new product launches.
  • *Qualifications**
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field from a Canadian College/ University
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Self starter and motivated
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, in a fast-paced dynamic work environment

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
