Overview

Performs general to complex marketing efforts, event planning, and administrative functions requiring knowledge of corporation procedures, policies and programs. Attends all meetings of the Board of Directors, working committees of the corporation, and other functions as may be required.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements PNDC's marketing strategies to promote PNDC, its members, programs, and Mercer County.
  • Leads all digital communications, including social media strategy, posting, analytics, email campaigns, website updates, and online branding.
  • Produces the Penn-Northwest Digest, press releases, newsletters, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.Supports membership growth by creating targeted marketing and outreach materials in collaboration with the Business Relations Coordinator.
  • Coordinates event promotion, branding, photography, signage, and marketing support for PNDC and partner events.
  • Manages corporate documents, agendas, minutes, and communications in alignment with branding guidelines.
  • Serves as the staff liaison for monthly Board of Directors meetings.
  • Assists with database and CRM management, including membership lists, board rosters, and committees (data entry and accuracy).
  • Provides administrative support on communications-related tasks; prepares grant narratives or reports as needed.
  • Supports internal reporting by gathering engagement data, marketing metrics, and digital analytics.
  • Represents PNDC's core values and contributes to the success of the Program of Work.
  • Other functions as may be assigned by the Executive Director.
  • Qualifications/Education:** College or business school training preferred, but not mandatory. Computer skills including, but not necessarily limited to, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and related software applications required. Familiarity and experience in basic accounting functions, Peachtree Software or equivalent, basic account receivables and payables, and related accounting functions required.
  • Skills, Talents and Experience: **Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task on a variety of projects and functions. Personable character, strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, excellent phone manner, good tact and judgment required.
