  • *Position Summary**

We are seeking a creative and technically-minded **Marketing & AI Integration Specialist** to lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies, while also implementing AI tools to streamline operations, personalize customer experiences, and enhance data-driven decision-making. This role is perfect for a hybrid talent who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and innovation.

  • *Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution**
  • Build and execute high-performing digital funnels for lead generation and customer nurturing.
  • Collaborate with designers and contractors to create project features, case studies, and video content.
  • Track performance KPIs (e.g., traffic, leads, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • *AI Integration & Automation**
  • Evaluate and deploy AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, Midjourney, Zapier, etc.) to automate content, lead generation and prospecting sales
  • Develop smart chatbots, lead scoring models, and predictive analytics dashboards.
  • Integrate AI systems with internal tools (e.g., CRM, Google Workspace).
  • *Cross-Department Collaboration**
  • Work closely with sales, project management, and design teams to ensure alignment between marketing messages and operational execution.
  • Support training on AI tools and data dashboards for staff and leadership.
  • *Qualifications**
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in home services, construction, or real estate.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS basics, CMS like WordPress or Webflow).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • *Nice to Have**
  • Experience with video content strategy (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok).
  • Background in UX design or customer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with construction or renovation project workflows.
