We are looking for a Regional Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrated, digital, content, design and results-focused marketing environments. You will support regional-focused initiatives while collaborating with our national marketing team to deliver strategies and assets for insurance, HR, and financial services solutions.

In this role, you will

• Support the development and execution of the region's growth marketing initiatives to meet dynamic sales goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored RFP responses that highlight the company's unique value proposition.
• Maintain and update the RFP platform and library of responses to ensure all content is organized and easily accessible.
• Lead the creation and delivery of persuasive finalist presentations to craft messaging that resonates with prospective clients.
• Work directly with producers and sales teams to support lead generation and close sales opportunities.
• Collaborate on brand awareness activities, including regional growth enablement resources and growth event marketing.
• Curate regional content development and execution for all marketing channels.
• Develop and execute regional marketing plans to support organic growth opportunities.
