The Growth Marketing Lead will architect, own, and optimize the full marketing funnel from first touch to intro call. This is a high-leverage, hands-on role for someone who loves building systems, designing experiments, and scaling growth engines with precision and creativity.

You'll turn Oceans' marketing ecosystem into a predictable, measurable, and efficient pipeline, working across channels, teams, and platforms to drive sustainable growth. This includes: building and managing the growth funnel, improving conversion rates, reducing friction in the buyer journey through CRO and UX improvements, creating and optimizing paid campaigns, overseeing website strategy, leading the testing roadmap, collaborating closely with Josh on SEO alignment, automating lead nurture sequences and workflows in HubSpot, designing reactivation systems for dormant or cold leads, ensuring accurate tracking, UTMs, and attribution across the marketing stack, building dashboards for CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel performance, driving a culture of measurement with weekly readouts and learning cycles, partnering with RevOps to maintain CRM hygiene and data integrity, working with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure end-to-end messaging continuity, collaborating with Partnerships on co-marketing and referral loops, driving briefs for Content and Design aligned to funnel goals, and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances creativity with analytical rigor, and enjoys building low-CAC, high-efficiency growth loops.
