Business Operations Manager Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Biz Ops Manager to lead business operations, finance, and ecosystem growth initiatives at o1Labs. This is a chance to join a small, collaborative team and have a lot of independence.

The Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand exchange relationships. Serve as the primary contact for existing and new cryptocurrency exchanges, driving strategic partnerships and ensuring successful listings, integrations, and ongoing collaborations.
• Develop wallet and custody partnerships. Work with leading wallet providers and custodians to enhance support for MINA and related assets, improving the user experience across both retail and institutional segments.
• Oversee the delegation program. Maintain our delegation program and recommend improvements to reduce operational overhead, ensure fairness and transparency, and make the program more attractive to node operators.
• Drive token and treasury strategy. Analyze token flows, liquidity, emissions, and maintain the payment and tracking of token payments.

About You

• You are a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of business, finance, and community. You think in systems, act with ownership, and care deeply about aligning incentives across teams, token holders, and builders.
• You are equally comfortable modeling treasury runways, negotiating partnerships, or designing frameworks for stake delegation and grants.
• You work well in ambiguity, moving fast, and turning ideas into structure. You are curious, crypto-native, and driven by the belief that transparency, incentives, and community can scale more effectively than traditional hierarchies.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, finance, or partnerships, ideally within crypto.
• Proven ability to design and manage programs such as delegation, grants, or incentive frameworks that drive community and ecosystem growth.
• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis abilities (Excel or sheets).
• Skilled at building scalable systems for reporting, budgeting, and decision-making in fast-moving environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent project management and execution discipline with attention to detail and transparency.
• Crypto-native curiosity. You experiment with protocols, participate in governance, and stay ahead of market narratives.
