Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Specialist based in Surrey, BC. The Telecommunications Specialist will manage and maintain telecommunications systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the seamless operation of communication networks. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, implementing and testing new systems, and ensuring connectivity and performance standards are met across the organization. The role also involves collaborating with team members to optimize telecommunications processes and solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Telecommunications Systems and a solid understanding of Telecommunications infrastructure
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Ability to implement, maintain, and optimize telecommunication networks
• Knowledge of network configuration and connectivity is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
