We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Associate – Content, Social & Email to elevate the Nordik brand experience and help customers see what makes us different.
About the Role
This is a key role on the Nordik marketing team responsible for shaping and executing a content strategy that enriches the customer shopping journey, strengthens brand trust, and drives engagement across social media, , and email channels.
You'll bring stories to life — from curb appeal transformations and energy-saving tips to highlighting our superior product and customer-first values — ensuring Nordik remains top of mind for homeowners ready to invest in their homes.
The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, comfortable managing content end-to-end: planning, creating, and optimizing. You'll collaborate closely with SEO, AI, sales, operations, and performance marketing to ensure Nordik's content performs, informs, and converts.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a cross-channel content strategy that enhances the customer journey across social, email, and
- Social Media Management: Own Nordik's social presence – from content calendars and community engagement to publishing, scheduling, and reporting across all key platforms.
- Email Marketing: Create engaging email campaigns that nurture leads, re-engage past prospects, and support loyalty efforts, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and message.
- Storytelling & Production: Capture and edit visual content (photos, short videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage) to bring Nordik's local expertise, products, and customer stories to life.
- Collaboration: Partner with SEO and AI specialists to align on high-interest content themes that improve ranking and discovery. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure content reflects real customer insights and supports conversion goals.
- Performance & Insights: Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to refine strategy and ensure we're resonating with our audience.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on content, social, and/or email marketing.
- Highly collaborative and organized, with a people-first approach to teamwork.
- Strong experience developing and executing multi-channel content strategies.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, social scheduling tools, and common email marketing platforms.
- Experience with basic photo/video capture and editing for social content.
- Comfortable going on camera representing Nordik.
- Strong writing skills and an understanding of how to adapt tone and message for different audiences and channels.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement and conversion data.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Nordik's Head Office in Ottawa or other locations as needed.
