Field Marketing Specialist

**Job title - Field Marketing Specialist**

• *Duration - 12+ months**
• *Location of work - Waterloo, ON - Hybrid (3 days/week - Tues, Wed, Thurs)**
• Manage online registrations and reporting cadence and assist with creation of registration paths, amending registrations and creating reports.
• Uploading of virtual event assets to Eloqua, including session information, images, descriptions, etc.
• Assist with creative requests and other process related actions as required
• Administrative duties
• Assisting with power point presentations, updating documents (FAQs, contact list, internal intranet etc.), and online file maintenance
• Preparation of meeting minutes for various committee meetings
• Other duties as assigned
• Shipment packing, commercial invoice documents, tracking and working closely with shipping brokerage contacts to ensure timely delivery
• Provide administrative support to Field Marketing Team

Special skills/notes if any - Previous Event Logistical Experience is a must

• Microsoft Office proficiency - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Eloqua or other MarTech experience an asset
• HTML knowledge an asset
