NetElixir’s AI/ML Marketing Experimentation Platform, LXRInsights.ai, was built to change that. This role exists to take that story to market.
Your mission
You will drive new business growth for NetElixir’s LXRInsights + AI-Marketing Experimentation solution by selling to CXOs, and Digital Marketing Leaders at upper mid-market ecommerce brands (many operating on Shopify Plus/BigCommerce).
Your job is not to lead with demos or features. Your job is to lead with strategic ecommerce problems, helping executives see growth constraints through their own lens, and then position LXRInsights as the capability that unlocks new, predictable revenue.
What you will do
- Own the full new business lifecycle from first conversation to close.
- Lead problem-first, consultative conversations grounded in real ecommerce challenges such as dormant SKUs, lapsed customers, customer mix quality, and inefficient growth bets.
- Paint a clear, realistic picture of these challenges as experienced by ecommerce CEOs and CMOs.
- Reframe LXRInsights + Experimentation as a growth capability, not a “tool” or a traditional agency service.
- Engage senior executives in strategic discussions around experimentation, AI readiness, and long-term growth predictability.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified upper mid-market ecommerce opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Strategy, and Analytics teams to shape narratives, proposals, and closing strategies.
- Represent NetElixir as a trusted growth partner, not a vendor.

Who you are
- 8–12 years of consultative B2B sales experience.
- Deep experience selling ecommerce and digital marketing solutions.
- Proven success selling to CXOs.
- Strong background in insight-led, diagnosis-before-prescription selling.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and selling solutions that don’t fit neatly into existing categories.
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and disciplined in how you build and close pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
What sets you apart
- Experience selling to upper mid-market ecommerce brands ($50MM+ revenue).
- Familiarity with modern ecommerce ecosystems.
- Background in agencies, consultancies, MarTech, or analytics platforms.
- Genuine curiosity about AI-powered experimentation grounded in real business outcomes.
- Desire to help shape a category, not simply operate within one.
