- Deliver actionable insights and dashboards to Marketing and Product leaders to optimize user acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor performance trends, diagnose drivers behind KPIs, and provide regular readouts to executive stakeholders.
Growth and Funnel Optimization
- Analyze web, search, and digital marketing data to grow user acquisition and demand generation.
- Analyze user behavior and lifecycle data to identify friction points, growth levers, and opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to design experiments and measure the impact of self-serve growth initiatives.
- Translate findings into recommendations for messaging, channel mix, and in-product engagement.
Strategic Planning and Decision Support
- Provide analytical input for quarterly and annual GTM planning, including forecasting, pipeline modeling, and budget allocation.
- Develop frameworks to evaluate marketing program performance and ROI, informing resource prioritization and experimentation strategy.
- Support executive decision-making with data-driven narratives that link marketing activity to revenue impact.
Marketing Data Strategy and Infrastructure
- Define the data requirements, taxonomy, and instrumentation needed to measure PLG marketing impact effectively.
- Partner with Product Analytics to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across systems.
- Lead improvements to the PLG marketing analytics tech stack, from attribution models to BI tooling.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership
- Act as the connective tissue between Marketing and Product teams to align KPIs and success metrics across the self-serve funnel.
- Mentor and influence stakeholders to build a data-driven culture within PLG Marketing.
- Represent marketing analytics in strategic discussions about product roadmap, go-to-market planning, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
Experimentation and Insight Generation
- Build frameworks to quantify the incremental impact of PLG marketing tactics across acquisition channels and product surfaces.
- Share insights and best practices across teams to inform future experimentation strategy.
