Marketing, B2B Sales Services, & Digital Marketing Lead

This position REQUIRES prior sales experience in a retail print B2B Sales Service or business services environment.

Applicants without print, signage, graphic design, or business services retail sales experience will not be considered.

About the Role

Minuteman Press – Avon Lake is hiring a B2B Sales & Digital Marketing Lead with hands-on experience selling print and business services in a retail store environment.

This role is designed for professionals who have sold:

· Print products

· Marketing services

· Signage

· Business services directly to walk-in and local business customers

The role is ~80% Sales & Marketing and ~20% cross-trained support, with a strong emphasis on cash-flow discipline and Accounts Receivable improvement.

What You’ll Do

B2B Print Sales (Primary Focus)

· Sell print & marketing services to local business customers

· Grow existing B2B accounts and acquire new local businesses

· Perform daily in-person sales activity, outbound calls, and follow-ups

· Participate in BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and BBB networking and Other Networking Groups

· Follow Minuteman Franchise sales training by conducting daily cold sales calls from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM , delivering local customers.

· Actively convert quotes and inquiries into confirmed production orders.

· Maintain positive feedback, repeat business, and high client retention rates.

· Help achieve $2,000–$3,000 in daily invoicing

Accounts Receivable Discipline (Critical)

· Reduce legacy customer payment cycles from 60 days to ~15 days

· Work directly with Accounts Payable contacts at customer organizations

· Enforce 100% upfront payment for all new customers (cash, credit, or debit – franchise policy)

· Maintain franchise benchmark

o A/R ≤ 50% of average monthly sales

Digital Marketing (Supporting Sales)

· Manage posts on Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn

· Promote print offers, local campaigns, and customer success stories

· Drive inbound leads that convert to print sales

Cross-Training & Store Support (~20%)

· Participate with Team members in morning 9:00 AM production meetings, manage schedules, and maintain clear communication

· Assist Store Team Members in production workflow, ensuring projects move from quote → approval → print → invoice → delivery with speed, accuracy, and accountability.

· Assist with CSR, print production, or graphic design as needed

· Step in to keep orders invoicing on time when team members are out

· Coordinate shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Schedule & Location

· Monday–Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

· Occasional networking events

· In-Person – Avon Lake, OH

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
