Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Menzies Mission is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting orphans and vulnerable families. They are seeking an Operations Manager to build and manage the operational foundation of their marketplace, ensuring smooth processes and supporting organizers throughout their pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Build, own and manage the CRM pipelines and workflows
  • Ensure all operational processes are captured in SOPs and followed consistently
  • Track organizer pipeline and proactively support them
  • Review newly published events for completeness, accuracy, and quality
  • Flag events needing correction and coordination with internal and support teams
  • Oversee customer and organizer support issues
  • Work closely with Product and Dev to highlight friction in the event creation or booking flow and provide feedback to improve user experience on both organizer and seeker side
  • Review Business Insights dashboard daily, Identify trends and produce weekly Ops health reports
  • Recommend operational improvements and automation opportunities
  • Create and maintain all operational SOPs (organizer onboarding, event publishing, cancellations, refunds, support processes)
  • Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work

Skills

  • 3–6 years in Operations, Marketplace Ops, SaaS Ops, Project Management, CRM Ops, or similar
  • Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments is preferred
  • Experience with CRMs (Flowlu, HubSpot, Zoho, Airtable, ClickUp CRM, Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities and great attention to detail
  • Comfort with tools: CRM systems, dashboards, spreadsheets, ticketing tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering
  • Ability to write and maintain SOPs and structured workflows
  • Calm, steady, organized communicator who can manage ambiguity
  • Self-driven, proactive, and structured. Thrives in early-stage environments
