We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to lead our Tax Transformation group. As Tax Transformation Lead, you will work closely with tax business leaders and subject matter experts to identify, define, and deliver technology products/solutions that drive business growth and impact.

The successful candidate will enhance our processes, drive standardization, and lead change management efforts. We require a professional with deep understanding of tax processes and technology, able to manage projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay updated with technological advancements.

• 7+ years combined experience in tax technology and compliance, multinational organization or public accounting firm; at least 3 years in tax compliance role preferred
• Understanding of end-to-end tax compliance engagement life cycle
• Proven track record in prioritizing and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
