Marketing Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to help increase bookings and grow our local presence. This role focuses on bringing in as many customers as possible through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, understands local service marketing, and can execute campaigns that generate measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to generate leads and increase bookings
• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Promote services in local Facebook groups, Nextdoor, and community pages
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for improvement
• Assist with budget allocation for local marketing campaigns
• Suggest creative approaches to improve customer engagement and visibility

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience with local or service-based marketing is required
• Proven past experience in generating leads and bookings through digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media advertising, especially Facebook and Instagram
• Ability to create content and post in community-focused platforms (Nextdoor, Facebook groups)
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Familiarity with basic digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
