Lead our growing team as an Internet Sales Manager/BDC Manager at Lexus of Nashville and Lexus of Cool Springs. Deliver exceptional customer experiences in the digital space, guiding a high-performing sales department towards growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming internet leads with urgency and professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with online customers through consistent communication.
  • Provide transparent quotes on pricing, interest rates, and inventory availability.
  • Guide customers through digital and in-person presentations of vehicle inventory.
  • Receive and process online and manual credit applications.
  • Maintain top-tier performance in CSI, average gross, and monthly units sold.
  • Support and train BDC representatives and internet sales team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
  • Proven success in desking deals, customer engagement, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, internet lead handling, and digital sales strategies.
  • A confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
  • High level of organization, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and lead a high-output sales team.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
