Lead our growing team as an Internet Sales Manager/BDC Manager at Lexus of Nashville and Lexus of Cool Springs. Deliver exceptional customer experiences in the digital space, guiding a high-performing sales department towards growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming internet leads with urgency and professionalism.
- Build strong relationships with online customers through consistent communication.
- Provide transparent quotes on pricing, interest rates, and inventory availability.
- Guide customers through digital and in-person presentations of vehicle inventory.
- Receive and process online and manual credit applications.
- Maintain top-tier performance in CSI, average gross, and monthly units sold.
- Support and train BDC representatives and internet sales team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
- Proven success in desking deals, customer engagement, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, internet lead handling, and digital sales strategies.
- A confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- High level of organization, initiative, and follow-through.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and lead a high-output sales team.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
