• *The role & responsibilities of a Leon’s Brand Marketing Associate**:
• Live and breathe the customer experience getting inside the head and heart of our target audience
• Own the strategic purpose, mission, and positioning of our brand
• Be driven by finding the real reason to believe and unique selling proposition of our products and services
• Set the right objectives and key results for the brand and our business
• Act as the driving force behind leading our internal and external teams on all every day and strategic initiatives
• Have end to end ownership on our integrated programs, promotions, and campaigns
• Coordinate all budgets and expenses, accountable for the measurement, results, and return

Qualifications

• *To be successful as a Leon’s Brand Marketing Associate**:
• Be passionate about taking on consumer problems and creating customer solutions
• An excitement for brand, marketing, and communications as a craft and profession
• Get energized by the speed and pace of the retail industry and a love for consumer products & services
• Comfort with running integrated brand equity and promotional price eventing and programming
• Exceptional communicator across all mediums with experience in building inspiring and engaging briefs
• Experience with data & measurement, interest in analytics, and a curiosity to gain insights from them
• Able to build and grow relationships with internal divisional/enterprise teams while working cross functionally within the marketing group
• Able to manage and lead external agency and vendor partners creating a ‘one team’ working environment
• Accountability for your portfolio of projects from kick off to go to market to measurement
