Job Role

Lead project operations and programs support, including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement, and tools for the project management function. Impact approaches, projects, and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Ensure high-quality results, efficiency, and effectiveness within own team. Make significant decisions on priorities.

Roles Description

Develop specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serve as a best practice/quality resource with awareness of latest technical developments. Contribute towards strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within responsibility.

Understand how own area integrates with others, recognizing competition and market factors. Analyze complex tasks or problems, making decisions with data analysis to support recommendations. Use internal and external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, leading small projects with moderate risks and resources. Explain sensitive information, build consensus, and develop persuasion skills to influence others.

Key Responsibilities

Implement new digital transformation tools, aligning with organizational goals and driving process improvements.

Manage project timelines, identify risks, escalate issues, and propose risk mitigation strategies.

Facilitate communication across stakeholder organizations to ease transition to new applications and ensure alignment on priorities.

Utilize FLIGHT DECK tools to drive project execution, including Action Planning, Problem Solving, Operating Cadences, and Value Stream Management.

Assist in production release cutover preparation, ensuring readiness for Go-Live.

Collaborate across multiple business organizations to deliver results.

Provide status updates to senior leadership, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Contribute to QMS and DT systems improvement, supporting Zero Defect Culture and operational efficiency.
