Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of KaramMD Skin’s marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, launches, and day-to-day operations. This role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative - ensuring timelines stay on track, assets are delivered accurately, and teams are aligned. You’ll be the connective tissue between Brand, Creative, E-commerce, Social, PR, and Operations, helping translate strategy into flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across site, email/SMS, social, PR, and partnerships.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and task lists; track deliverables and flag risks early.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workbacks for launches, promotions, and key initiatives.

Content & Asset Management

  • Manage asset requests, file organization, version control, and approvals across shared drives and tools.
  • Support content production workflows (photo/video/copy) by preparing briefs, collecting inputs, and routing assets for review.
  • Ensure final assets are delivered on time, accurately labeled, and aligned to brand standards.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as a point of coordination between Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Social, PR, Partnerships, and CX.
  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for marketing meetings; document decisions and next steps.
  • Support vendor and agency coordination by tracking requests, timelines, and feedback loops.

Website & E-commerce Support

  • Assist with site updates related to campaigns and launches (content swaps, promo timing, landing page coordination).
  • QA links, content placement, and basic functionality in partnership with E-commerce and Operations teams.
  • Help maintain accuracy across policy pages, product details, and campaign messaging.

Reporting & Organization

  • Support basic performance reporting by compiling metrics and preparing weekly/monthly summaries.
  • Maintain clean documentation of processes, checklists, and playbooks to improve team efficiency.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance-related documentation (e.g., disclosures, approvals, asset records).

Administrative & Team Support

  • Support onboarding of new marketing contractors or team members by organizing access, tools, and documentation.
  • Help coordinate shoots, meetings, and in-office collaboration as needed.
  • Take on special projects that support marketing team efficiency and growth.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or a similar support role (beauty, skincare, CPG, or lifestyle a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across teams.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Notion).
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social, email/SMS, e-commerce, PR).
  • Experience supporting content production or creative workflows.
  • Basic understanding of Shopify, email platforms, or analytics tools (GA4) is a plus.
  • Interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or consumer brands.
