E-Commerce Operations Associate

About Us

We're a small Calgary-based fashion brand with both retail and online presence. Our team handles everything ourselves — receiving inventory, organizing stock, and fulfilling orders. We're looking for someone who can help with the operations side so things run smoothly day to day.

About the Role

This role focuses on the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our retail and online store moving. We need someone who's reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with routine tasks.

You'll be helping with

• Receiving and organizing new inventory
• Updating and maintaining accurate stock
• Picking, packing, and shipping online orders
• Processing returns
• General e-commerce and operation tasks as needed
• Keeping work areas clean and organized

What We're Looking For

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse work, or retail inventory is a plus
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce tools (willing to train the right person)
• Someone who pays attention to details and takes accuracy seriously
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent schedule
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to stay focused
• Good communicator and able to work both independently and with a small team

Expectations

• 30–32 hours per week (flexible depending on operational demands)
• Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, willing to travel to our head quarters located in 17th Ave (Downtown Calgary)
