We’re looking for a bold, strategic leader to help shape the future of Intrepid’s marketing in the United States. As the Marketing Manager, USA, you’ll inspire both customers and teams through strong strategy, sharp insights in the local market, and a passion for travel.

You’ll lead the execution of Intrepid’s US marketing strategy, building brand awareness, driving sales and leads, and deepening connections with travelers across the market. As our US operations continue to grow, we welcome candidates with experience across B2C, B2B, and/or B2B2C marketing, particularly from brands within the USA travel category.

This role is responsible for developing innovative marketing solutions to grow USD sales and USA passengers. The role will oversee go-to-market strategies, lead multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets to deliver strong ROI and regional sales results, drive regional brand activations and partnerships, and collaborate closely with our regional and global teams.

You’ll join a diverse, high-performing marketing team, oversee multimillion-dollar budgets, and act as the US representative for global initiatives, while delivering measurable impact across KPIs, revenue targets, and passenger growth.

We’re looking for a collaborative team player who can operate strategically and hands-on, move seamlessly from analysis to action, and build meaningful emotional connections with customers.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Seattle, with a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the office.

The salary range for this role is USD $95,000–$115,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. In addition to competitive pay, we offer great benefits and some amazing perks because we believe in supporting our people both at work and beyond.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • 7+ years of experience in brand and marketing, including experience in advertising, agency or related areas, preferably within a global organization.
  • Profitability management, including sales and budget planning, implementation, tracking, ROI optimization, and reporting.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strong affinity for culture and trends, and a growth-focused mindset.
  • Experience across a variety of marketing disciplines – including brand, performance, digital, comms and partnerships.
  • Oversee campaign analytics and performance metrics to drive lead generation and ROI.
  • Success in traditional and non-traditional marketing with measurable results.
  • Strong proactive critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening), with experience influencing and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Digital marketing experience,that’s data-driven with performance outcomes.
  • Experience managing agency relationships, media buying, and managing sizeable marketing budgets.
  • A thorough understanding of the US market dynamics.
  • Experience managing partnerships and collaborations.
