We are developing a platform that allows verified employees to voice diverse opinions, surface important issues and ideas, and provide feedback and ratings on their employers. Unlike other platforms, in-House prioritizes privacy and does not collect personal metadata, eliminating the need for sign-ups or logins. We believe in fostering an environment where employees can openly rate and discuss company matters and drive meaningful change within their organizations.

The Role

We are looking for a Recruiter who has hands-on experience hiring marketing and growth profiles in early-stage or fast-growing environments.

Your main mission will be to help us hire our Growth/Marketing roles - social marketing, community, product marketing, and related profiles.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for early Growth/Marketing roles
• Source and engage candidates with backgrounds in:

Growth & performance marketing

Social & community-led marketing

Product marketing

• Build and manage outbound sourcing pipelines globally
• Partner closely with founders on role definition and hiring strategy
• Design lightweight recruiting processes suitable for a pre-seed startup
• Help shape early employer branding in growth and marketing communities

What You Bring

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven experience hiring growth or marketing roles
• Strong background in passive candidate sourcing
• Familiarity with startup or scale-up hiring environments
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity
