Job Title: Vice President of Marketing

Job Overview

This role is responsible for planning and advancing the company's overall market direction, establishing a standardized marketing system, enhancing brand influence, and supporting business growth goals. The role will lead the marketing team to execute integrated marketing plans, improve market performance, and drive continuous optimization of marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Market Planning and Execution

Develop annual marketing plans, including market positioning, target customer analysis, and key activity arrangements.

Adjust strategies promptly based on market changes, industry trends, and customer feedback.

Drive the standardized execution of marketing activities across all channels, including online and offline channels.

Brand Management

Maintain the overall brand image, including visuals, content, and communication style.

Organize brand promotion activities to increase brand exposure and user awareness.

Manage corporate promotional materials, official website content, and related external information.

Team Management

Manage the marketing team's daily workflow and clarify team goals.

Establish standardized work mechanisms to improve team collaboration and execution efficiency.

Organize team training to improve professional skills and project management capabilities. Data Analysis and Optimization

Evaluate campaign effectiveness through data analysis, including metrics such as exposure, conversion, and user behavior.

Optimize campaign strategies, content, and dissemination channels based on data results.

Utilize common marketing tools and platforms to improve work efficiency.

Cross-departmental Collaboration

Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to ensure marketing activities align with business direction.

Assist the sales team in providing marketing support and improve overall business synergy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.

Over 10 years of experience in marketing management, with team management experience.

Familiar with common marketing processes, including content creation, campaign execution, brand management, and digital promotion.

Able to use common data analysis tools to develop actionable optimization plans based on data.

Strong logical expression and cross-functional communication skills.

English proficiency is preferred.
