Role Description

Social Media/META Advertising/Content Creation Experience Required. Beauty Products Preferred.

The role that supports Richard Anderson (Brand Founder) is a contract hybrid role managing HBY's digital presence (including but not limited to content creation, scheduling, engagement) for social media / the HBY website, marketing e-mails, etc. The role involves managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, executing social media marketing campaigns, optimizing online presence, and coordinating digital marketing efforts. Additional responsibilities include administrative support and communication tasks to ensure smooth operations. Administrative Assistant based in Miami Beach, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, including drafting, editing and scheduling posts Social Media Optimization (SMO), and managing various social media platforms effectively.
• Proficiency and super organized in developing and implementing Content Strategies to support company goals.
• Experience in Digital Marketing, including knowledge of online advertising tools and analytics
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with tools like social media scheduling platforms is a plus
• Previous experience in administrative support roles is beneficial.
