Junior Digital Coordinator

Job Summary

The Junior Digital Coordinator role supports the Marketing team in executing digital campaigns across various platforms. This detail-oriented position requires a strong interest in music marketing and involves assisting with scheduling, content management, reporting, and administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, post, and monitor content across social media platforms.
• Support digital marketing campaigns by preparing assets, tracking deliverables, and updating calendars.
• Compile analytics and performance reports for campaigns, social content, and streaming initiatives.
• Maintain artist websites, e-commerce platforms, and email newsletters.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and digital partners to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Monitor digital and social trends to inform campaign strategy and provide insights to the team.
• Support Senior Director of Marketing and wider marketing team with administrative and organizational tasks.
• Maintain digital asset libraries and trackers to ensure accurate, organized campaign records.

Qualifications

• 12 years of internship or entry-level experience in marketing, social media, or entertainment preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook) and scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of streaming platforms (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, YouTube Studio).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital design tools (Canva, Photoshop a plus).
• Passion for music and digital culture.
