The Digital Marketing Specialist - Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) Technologies plays a crucial role in developing and executing dynamic digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing audience engagement, building brand equity, and driving commercial success. This position collaborates with various cross-functional teams and external agencies to create innovative, compliant, and personalized content distributed across multiple digital channels. By leveraging advanced analytics and adhering to industry best practices, you will optimize performance to meet strategic business objectives. Note: This position offers remote work opportunities, with the possibility of traveling to Lake Zurich, IL for team engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns to support commercial objectives.
• Develop engaging digital content for web, LinkedIn, email, and various digital platforms.
• Ensure compliance with promotional review processes and distribution guidelines to maintain efficiency.
• Manage a digital calendar and oversee the execution of campaigns to align with key commercial milestones.
• Utilize analytics tools to gather performance metrics, providing valuable insights for future optimization strategies.
• Apply web optimization techniques to enhance overall web performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience, particularly in campaign management and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics, SEO/SEM, AEO, and GEO.
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Applications, and Veeva.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for customer, team engagements, and conferences.
