Description

The Marketing and Sales Officer is an exempt position responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of all marketing, sales, census growth, and referral development initiatives across Evergreen communities. This role integrates marketing leadership with direct sales execution to ensure consistent branding, strong referral partnerships, community readiness, and sustained occupancy growth. The Marketing and Sales Officer collaborates closely with operations, clinical leadership, and community teams to support organizational goals and resident satisfaction.

Essential Functions

Marketing & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Drive lead generation, inquiry management, tour conversion, and lease execution
  • Establish, monitor, and adjust marketing and sales benchmarks across all communities
  • Oversee branding, website content, digital marketing, social media, and marketing collateral
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand standards across all Evergreen communities

Census Growth & Referral Development

  • Build, maintain, and expand referral relationships, both paid and unpaid
  • Conduct and delegate discovery conversations, tours, follow-up communications, and closing activities
  • Ensure speed-to-lead and responsiveness standards are consistently met
  • Track, analyze, and report census metrics, referrals, move-ins, move-outs, and waitlists
  • Implement targeted outreach strategies to support census stabilization or growth

Community Readiness & Standards

  • Ensure all communities are tour-ready and meet Evergreen standards
  • Conduct regular property walk-throughs focused on cleanliness, safety, and presentation
  • Oversee move-in and move-out standards, including room readiness and documentation
  • Ensure staff are notified of tours and prepared to support family and resident experiences

Leadership & Team Oversight

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for marketing and sales personnel
  • Conduct regular check-ins, goal reviews, and performance evaluations
  • Delegate responsibilities while maintaining oversight of results and outcomes
  • Identify training needs and recommend or facilitate in-services
  • Foster a collaborative, ethical, and results-oriented team culture

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Support family communication and resident satisfaction initiatives
  • Collaborate with operations and clinical teams regarding assessments and admissions
  • Oversee accurate documentation and reporting of marketing and sales activity
  • Coordinate with vendors related to marketing, advertising, and outreach efforts
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standardized marketing and sales processes

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to access and navigate the communities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Nonsmoking buildings and property.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
