Enterprise Logic is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join their Accountant Growth Marketing team. This role focuses on field event recruitment, ABM target account research, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to enhance engagement and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Field event recruitment
• ABM target account research
• Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to drive engagement and pipeline growth

Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing or sales development/BDR
• Strong collaboration with Sales teams
• Hands-on experience supporting ABM or account engagement strategies
• Strong exposure to event recruitment, ABM, and MQL analytics
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and 6sense
• Local candidates in San Jose, CA are required
