Our client is a non profit organization is one of the world’s largest scientific societies committed to advancing chemistry and scientific integrity globally. The Media & Content Marketing Manager will oversee digital marketing strategy, manage paid media campaigns, and lead content creation efforts to support the organization’s mission and growth. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Washington, DC, paying $35.00-$44.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels to increase engagement and conversions
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling digital assets and creative concepts for campaigns
Monitor and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI and demonstrate impact
Analyze campaign performance data, prepare insightful reports, and refine strategies accordingly
Identify new digital advertising opportunities and stay current with industry trends and emerging platforms
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication among internal teams and external stakeholders
Lead status meetings and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field of study
3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, project management, or related roles within advertising or nonprofit sectors
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and KPI optimization
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple large-scale projects and client relationships is preferred
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital advertising
