Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing installation and maintenance services that ensure the smooth operation of customer satellite equipment, both indoors and outdoors.
• Answer customer questions and provide recommendations based on their specific preferences, ensuring they get exactly what they need from their DIRECTV service.
• Verify the operational status of each service, proficiently showcasing, endorsing, and processing payments for video services while interacting with customers.
• Different working environments such as buildings, attics, basements, and crawl spaces, require individuals to follow safety protocols strictly.
• Utilize the state-of-the-art technological resources offered by the organization to augment the effectiveness of order management and handle the transportation of orders using company vehicles with utmost proficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• For driving a particular vehicle, it is mandatory to hold a legitimate state driver's license.
• Efficiency in working independently and effectively managing personal and material resources.
• A willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, based on the job requisites.
• Adhering to all mandated drug testing, security evaluations, and physical aptitude conditions.
• Prospective employees with prior experience in a similar role or technical area will be given preference.
