**Digital Media Content Creator**
Leveraging your strong storytelling inclination, you will generate captivating content to fulfill diverse communication requirements, including highlighting our CEO and clinical teams.
This individual will work directly with the marketing manager and must be highly collaborative, excel in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work independently and collaboratively.

- *Responsibilities**
- The proven ability to independently script, produce, shoot, and edit videos.
- Demonstrate the ability to bring emotional, visually captivating stories to life through multimedia.
- Review creative briefs, develop storyboards, plan for production, and lead video shoots.
- Capable of working with mínimal supervision and adept at skills necessary to service the company’s video and media needs. This includes staying knowledgeable on the latest and most efficient techniques, tools, and video trends.
- Is experienced in working and collaborating with executive stakeholders, including CEOs, to develop trust and rapport.
- Develop and shoot our office environment, colleague engagement, and special events to showcase our winning team and culture.
- Take charge of implementing the brand's social media strategy on a day-to-day basis, including scheduling, posting, and engaging with the community across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging social channels.
- Create comprehensive monthly/weekly reports that define objectives, evaluate ongoing marketing initiatives, and analyze competitor activities. Based on this assessment, develop an actionable plan within budget constraints.
- Stay attuned to social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, actively identifying content that captures attention and drives engagement. Provide valuable insights and practical recommendations for channel and community growth on an ongoing basis.
- Develop a tailored content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing schedule, ensuring optimized content for each platform. This involves brainstorming, crafting, and routing posts for necessary approvals when required.
- Travel to clinics in Canada will be required for various video productions
- *Qualifications**:
- Expert experience with the Adobe Suite: Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects & Photoshop.
- Being able to make aesthetic content using props in-office and on-site at shoots.
- Experience working with Asana and the Microsoft Suite of products.
- A diverse portfolio of digital content that showcasesyour capabilities.
- Participate in strategic discussions and bring new ideas to the table.
- Highly motivated and meticulously organized, with an unparalleled eye for detail.
- You have exceptional multitasking abilities, adept at managing concurrent deadlines and adapting to dynamic environments.
- You thrive in collaborative team environments, while also being self-reliant at independent work.
- You excel at verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring effective and impactful interactions.
