Marketing Lead

Role Description

• Own overall marketing strategy and execution for CoTravel
• Define and prioritize acquisition channels across digital, social, partnerships, and offline where relevant
• Build and manage campaigns to acquire both sides of the marketplace (drivers and riders)
• Lead content and brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as appropriate
• Plan and run paid and organic campaigns with a focus on ROI and learning velocity
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to align marketing with product launches and features
• Set up basic tracking, reporting, and feedback loops to understand what is working and why
• Continuously test, iterate, and refine messaging, creatives, and channels
• Represent the brand consistently across all marketing touchpoints

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development to identify trends and create data-driven plans
• Knowledge of Sales processes and techniques to support lead generation and conversions
• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and foster strong customer relationships
• Leadership skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the transportation or sustainability sector is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis and marketing tools is an asset
