Marketing Manager - Commercial Real Estate

We are seeking a highly organized, creative Marketing Manager to lead hands-on marketing execution for our retail commercial real estate brokerage in Clayton, Missouri. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives on both producing high-quality materials and helping shape strategic marketing initiatives in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce all listing marketing materials, including offering memoranda, flyers, site packages, maps, tour books, postcards, proposal decks, and signage.
• Coordinate digital and print advertising for listings and development projects.
• Manage social media channels, content creation, posting calendars, and digital brand presence.
• Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality control across all marketing deliverables.
• Partner with leadership to support business development campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage marketing vendors and track campaign performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of marketing experience; commercial real estate or brokerage marketing preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with social media management and digital advertising.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
