Finance Transformation Manager
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 + Bonus

A rapidly expanding, private equity-backed healthcare technology company is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to drive both financial process optimization and strategic, forward-looking analysis. In this role, you will play a critical part in modernizing the accounting function and elevating financial planning, reporting, and decision support as the company prepares to surpass $300M+ in revenue next year.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations (50%)
- Lead modernization of core accounting workflows, including close, consolidation, and financial reporting
- Drive ERP implementation and upgrades (NetSuite preferred), ensuring accuracy, automation, and controls
- Strengthen GAAP compliance, documentation, and internal controls across multiple entities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for leadership and the board
- Standardize accounting policies, procedures, and system configurations
Finance & Strategy (50%)
- Evaluate end-to-end processes and identify opportunities to streamline forecasting, budgeting, and analytics
- Develop scalable reporting models and dashboards to support decision-making
- Partner with FP&A on trend analysis, variance insights, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with operations and technology teams to align financial data with business performance
- Drive training, adoption, and change management for new tools and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
- 7-10 years of progressive experience including:
- 3-4 years in public accounting (Big 4 or similar)
- Hands-on ERP implementation and process improvement
- Strong technical accounting foundation with robust financial analysis skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
