Finance Transformation Manager

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations (50%)

Lead modernization of core accounting workflows, including close, consolidation, and financial reporting
Drive ERP implementation and upgrades (NetSuite preferred), ensuring accuracy, automation, and controls
Strengthen GAAP compliance, documentation, and internal controls across multiple entities
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for leadership and the board
Standardize accounting policies, procedures, and system configurations

Finance & Strategy (50%)

Evaluate end-to-end processes and identify opportunities to streamline forecasting, budgeting, and analytics
Develop scalable reporting models and dashboards to support decision-making
Partner with FP&A on trend analysis, variance insights, and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with operations and technology teams to align financial data with business performance
Drive training, adoption, and change management for new tools and processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
7-10 years of progressive experience including:
3-4 years in public accounting (Big 4 or similar)
Hands-on ERP implementation and process improvement
Strong technical accounting foundation with robust financial analysis skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders
Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise (NetSuite strongly preferred)
Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
