Job Overview

The Client Operations Manager role is responsible for the collection, analysis and processing of client data.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong teamwork abilities, and be highly communicative.

  • Collect data by identifying sources and designing collection methods.
  • Process data files for integration with eligibility platforms.
  • Analyze variances between data sources and collaborate to ensure updates.

Additional responsibilities include preparing invoices, vouchers, and reports, as well as training others on data management best practices.

Responsibilities also include handling client questions and performing root cause analysis.

Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree, minimum 2 years experience in benefits data analysis, and intermediate Excel skills.
