Pay: $20.00 per hour + commission

Responsibilities

Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Your goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.

What You Need

Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift Reliable transportation to/from assigned store Minimum age: 18 years Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required) Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings Must pass background check
